EU Pre-Award Team

Our team provides hands-on support throughout the EU research and innovation funding application and awarding process, including:

• Identifying, disseminating and promoting EU research and innovation funding opportunities
• Support and guidance with funding call's specific requirements, eligibility criteria
• Hands-on guidance throughout EU application and awarding process
• Pre-award: costing/ budgeting, risk assessment, facilitating internal workflow approval, providing momentum
• Leading on budget costing development ensuring external deadlines are met
• Balancing aspirations with realism – accurate workforce planning & achievable objectives
• Responsible for coordination, communication, and people and project management
• Coordination of engagement with international partners
• CapEx – ensuring compliance & planning physical space for equipment
• Sharing successful applications, tips on grants writing, developing your proposal, peer review
• Support with online submission system and completing application forms
• Post-award: contractual, admin and financial management of the project.
